Fan blades: Streamlined variable cross-section aviation blades |
1. 5052H32 aviation-grade aluminum blades with thickness 1.5mm, which can withstand more than 3 tons of tension, the blades will not get break down when being impacted. |
2. Streamlined fan blade with variable cross-section, it gets narrower and thinner gradually from the blade root to blade tip, the force on the blades is more balanced with smaller wind resistance, making blade move air more uniformly without any holes underneath the fan. |
3. More lighter & more safer: it's only 6.7kgs per blade for 7.3m fan blade, the lighter the safer. |
Hub chassis |

Mortise and tenon connection: Full mortise and tenon connection structure, ensuring the safety of the whole fan |
1. Motor and hub chassis: through the tight connection between the inner tapered bushing and outer tapered bushing, even if the motor shaft is broken, the inner and outer bushings form a structural self-locking to prevent falling. |
2. Chassis and petiole: The petiole and the chassis are connected by hook-type mortise and tenon joints, and the bolts are not stressed to ensure the whole structure strength; |
3. The petioles are coated wtih polyurethane rubber, which match the buffer cavity of blade perfectly. It can absorb the blade stress & airflow vibration efficiently, and this helps to reduce the motor load and prolong the motor life. |
